Future Project: Immediate Assistance in Public Places

In a majority of the places, there is currently no mechanism for a differently-abled person/pregnant woman/senior citizen in urgent need to ask for immediate help in busy places like bus stations/railway stations/malls.

When it comes to big cities, a majority of persons needing assistance are hesitant to ask for help because everyone is rushing.

After discussions with the beneficiaries, we are currently considering a couple of possibilities:

a) design an app that will be able to send out messages to nearby good samaritans that help is required, so that someone nearby can contact them

b) design a simple technology solution that can be installed on pillars of public places. By pressing a button, the person in need will be able to seek help.
